Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
1-2 years of numerical data analysis experience.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance, customer portfolios, market trends, and opportunities to generate actionable insights.
Prepare and present dashboards and reports for senior management, supporting decision-making.
Maintain pricing data and price lists, ensure timely system updates, supporting pricing analyses, and monitor customer complaints.
Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management for strategic projects.
Support sales and marketing teams with data analysis, day-to-day operations, and reporting needs.
Track customer feedback, complaints, and relevant business metrics to ensure visibility and follow-up.
Follow industry trends and innovation to support continuous improvement.
Coordinate and prioritize BI and digitalization projects in line with business objectives.
