QNB Türkiye is expanding its AI team and seeks an engineer with hands-on experience building AI agents. You will work on agentic systems from design to production within our in-house AI team for banking processes.

You will design, develop, and maintain LLM-based agents, architect end-to-end workflows, and integrate with internal systems with strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and performance. fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–4 years of AI engineering experience with LLM-based apps.
• Strong Python and software engineering practices.
• Experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain LLM-based AI agents and workflows.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including memory, retrieval, and tool calls.
• Integrate agents with internal banking systems securely.
• Build guardrails and safety layers for regulatory compliance.
• Apply prompt, context engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business units on AI projects.
• Stay updated on LLMs and AI tooling and evaluate new technologies.
