Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; a background in management consulting with a solid focus on the banking and financial services sector is highly preferred.
• Strong background in strategy development, with a proven track record of designing strategic roadmaps and business models.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives and present effectively to senior leadership.
• Deep knowledge or strong familiarity with Bancassurance, Affluent Banking, Retail Banking, and customer segment management.
• Practical experience in managing Sales Development (SD) and Product Development (PD) processes.
• A strong curiosity and hands-on interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technological exploration to drive business innovation.
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Shape the growth and transformation vision of the Bancassurance channel by building robust future roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
• Drive the expansion of both agency networks and "Go-to-Market" strategies to unlock new distribution channels.
• Lead and inspire the Bancassurance channel to take proactive initiatives, boosting sales through innovative bank-customer investment consultancy models.
• Establish seamless communication and alignment with financial teams to design, refine, and optimize sustainable business models.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor landscapes within retail and affluent banking segments to transform these insights into strategic growth opportunities.
• Bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational execution, ensuring high-impact results across all collaborative banking and insurance projects.
