Job summary

Richemont in İstanbul is seeking a Back Office Executive to ensure smooth boutique operations. You will manage stock movements, coordinate inventory and support distant sales, maintaining accurate records.

You will work closely with the boutique team, ensure compliance with internal controls, assist cash desk tasks and contribute to a premium client experience through precise back-office processes.

Fluency in Turkish and English is required, and proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail operations, stock management, inventory control or a similar back-office role.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management skills.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
• A proactive, hands-on and results-oriented approach.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, which is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock movements, receptions, transfers, returns, reservations and consignments.
• Coordinate daily, monthly, quarterly and annual stock counts and ensure accurate recording.
• Support distant sales preparation and required shipping documentation.
• Ensure all stock handling and movements comply with Maison procedures and internal controls.
• Assist the Cashier team with opening and closing cash-desk procedures and bank deposits.
• Contribute to an exceptional client and team experience through precise back-office operations.
