Job summary

complead is seeking a hands-on B2B Content & Growth Marketer to write, ship and measure marketing that makes complead known to compliance teams in Türkiye, Europe and the US. You will own content from blog posts to case studies, manage the biweekly complead Signal newsletter, and grow our LinkedIn presence, including the CEO’s voice.

You’ll migrate existing Sanction Scanner content to complead.ai during the post-rebrand phase, optimize pages, run email campaigns in HubSpot, and craft launches

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech or regtech.
• A portfolio of B2B writing you produced yourself: blog posts, newsletters, LinkedIn content or web copy.
• Hands-on use of HubSpot or a similar marketing automation tool, a CMS, and an SEO tool such as Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Daily, practical use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image tools) to research, draft and design faster.
• The habit of measuring. You know what your last three pieces brought in, and you can explain why.
• Ownership. You keep the calendar yourself and ship without being chased.
• Native-level written English and fluent Turkish.
• Basic design skills in Figma or Canva are a plus.
• Curiosity about compliance, AML and financial crime. You should want to learn it.
• You are happy to work from our office in Üsküdar, Istanbul. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish content: blog posts, product pages, case studies and guides for complead.ai.
• Produce the biweekly newsletter complead Signal via HubSpot and LinkedIn.
• Manage LinkedIn presence, including the CEO’s voice, with a steady posting cadence.
• Migrate and refresh old Sanction Scanner content to complead.ai during the rebrand.
• Run email campaigns and HubSpot workflows to convert readers into leads.
• Launch and announce awards, product releases and press mentions across formats.
• Provide a weekly report on traffic, rankings, open/click rates and MQLs.

complead, formerly Sanction Scanner, is the financial crime platform we started in Istanbul in 2020. We run sanctions screening, KYC and KYB, transaction monitoring, fraud detection and case management for more than 800 financial institutions in over 80 countries, from payment companies to tier-one banks. One engine, one customer record, one audit trail.

The name changed this year because the work outgrew it. The standard underneath it did not: compliance software should be judged by what it covers, how fast it answers and whether it can explain itself.

The role

We are looking for a B2B Content & Growth Marketer to write, ship and measure the marketing that makes complead known to compliance teams in Türkiye, Europe and the US.

This is a hands-on seat. You will not manage agencies. You will produce the work yourself, use AI tools to multiply your output, and measure what it brings into pipeline. You are joining right after the rebrand, so much of your first year is making a new name known to buyers who already trust the old one.

What you will own

• Content. Blog posts, product page copy, case studies and guides for complead.ai, written for a regulated buyer who reads carefully.
• complead Signal. Our biweekly newsletter on HubSpot and LinkedIn. You research, write and send every edition.
• LinkedIn. The company page and the CEO’s voice, with a steady calendar of posts that compliance leaders actually read.
• The rebrand in search. Move years of Sanction Scanner content, rankings and backlinks to complead.ai: migrate and refresh posts, optimise pages and fix what Semrush flags.
• Email and HubSpot. Lists, campaigns and simple workflows that turn readers into leads and leads into meetings.
• Launches and announcements. Turn every award, product release and press mention into a blog post, a LinkedIn post, a newsletter item and a sales one-pager.
• Measurement. Traffic, rankings, open and click rates and MQLs, in a short weekly report, plus the call on what to do more or less of.

What your first year looks like

In week one you read our best and worst performing content and sit in on sales calls. By month three you own the content calendar and ship something every week without being chased. By month twelve complead.ai is a working lead channel, and you can show which pieces brought in which pipeline.
