Job summary

SunExpress in Türkiye is seeking an experienced Compliance Monitoring Auditor to join our team. You will perform internal and external audits and help ensure adherence to AIR OPS, PART-FCL, IOSA and DGCA standards.

You will collaborate across departments, prepare manuals, and support the monitoring system maintenance while traveling as needed to various locations and authorities such as EASA and DGCA. This role requires at least 3 years in aviation auditing, a University degree, and strong

Qualifications

• Having a minimum of 3 years of experience performing auditor functions in civil aviation, specifically in Operational Departments (Flight Operation, Crew Training, Ground Operation and other supportive functions), especially 2 years in Compliance Monitoring background.
• University degree in aviation or industrial engineering.
• Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and investigations, and proficiency in report writing.
• Familiarization with related regulations AIR OPS, PART-FCL,IOSA, Turkish DGCA Rules , ISO 9001, etc
• Having formal training of AIR OPS, AIR CREW, ISO 9001 Quality Familiarization and Auditor Training and such applicable standards and regulations (accepted by Authority)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, decisive and result-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using compliance management tools/software, and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of interacting effectively with the stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Good knowledge of English and Turkish (in writing and speaking)
• Willingness to travel as required, sometimes on short notice, to various locations,including international places

Responsibilities

• Performing internal and external audits and inspections as an authorized auditor and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Evaluating national and international regulations and supporting their integration into company processes.
• Preparing and reviewing company manuals and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Supporting the recording, filing, and, where applicable, distribution of incoming and outgoing Compliance Monitoring documents, as well as general correspondence with relevant authorities and organizations such as EASA and DGCA
• Support the effective implementation and maintenance of the Compliance Monitoring Management System
