The integration of structural, mechanical, and electronic components of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is carried out with expertise through testing, quality assurance, and validation activities. The updating, improvement, and development of systems are ensured by utilizing technical knowledge, engineering competencies, and field experiences, actively contributing to the product lifecycle. Efforts in areas such as improving production processes, industrial automation, process standardization, and technical documentation enable operations to progress in an efficient, sustainable, and compliant manner with corporate standards. Additionally, with a quality-focused approach and problem-solving capabilities, the overall production performance of the organization is enhanced, and strategic goals are achieved. While carrying out all these activities, emphasis is placed on teamwork, mutual development, and a human-centered work culture, adopting an approach based on increasing employee competence, supporting knowledge sharing, and encouraging improvement suggestions.
