Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechatronics, Control, Computer, Electrical/Electronics, or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python within a Linux environment.
• Experience with ROS and modern robotic software development paradigms.
• Familiarity with vehicle networks (CAN bus, Automotive Ethernet) and safety-critical software principles.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance C++ and Python applications for ECU interfacing and collision avoidance.
• Architect and implement fail-safe redundancy mechanisms and backup switching.
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve complex software and communication issues in deployments.
• Drive software quality through unit/integration testing and code reviews.
• Travel occasionally for vehicle integration, testing tracks, or partner workshops.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to problem definition and solutions.
