Job summary

REED Turkey invites an Automation Engineer to join a medical device manufacturer in Ankara. The role centers on industrial IT/automation project management, control-system design, testing, and validation across production lines.

The candidate should have PLC/SCADA/HMI experience, SQL knowledge, and familiarity with ISA 95/88, plus strong documentation and English communication skills. On-site collaboration with suppliers and teams is essential.

Qualifications

Academic background in automation, electrical/computer engineering or equivalent.
Experience in production development with focus on control systems.
Understanding of industry control systems and programming.

Responsibilities

Management of industrial IT/automation projects from concept to commissioning.
Design, risk and requirements handling and testing/validation of control systems for medical device production.
Develop documentation compliant with regulatory requirements (EU MDR and FDA QSR).
Integrate machine lines with MES/SCADA and PDM systems with a systems perspective.
Contribute to digitization strategy through data collection and application development.
Maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders.
