Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Antalya, Turkey, seeks a senior Production Plant Manager to lead a team of engineers and technicians in the manufacture of dialysis components. You will manage automated lines, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in quality and efficiency while ensuring GMP compliance and collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree from Engineering Departments (Electric/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering).
• - Minimum 10 years of business experience in production plants with 5 years of team management experience.
• - Experience in Automotive / Food & Beverage / Medical Products / Electronics Manufacturing.
• - Project management experience.
• - Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
• - GMP environment experience.
• - Preferable international team experience.
• - Lean production knowledge (Lean, 6 Sigma, TPM, WCM).
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills across management levels.
• - Ability to build team environment and drive collaboration.
• - Ability to take initiatives, guide people and assess risks.
• - Comply with company values and compliance rules.
• - Problem-solving with analytic approach.
• - Living in Antalya or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• - Manage the team of engineers and technicians.
• - Monitor automated production assembly lines.
• - Track Production Quality and Production Efficiency KPIs.
• - Oversee commissioning and validation of automation machines.
• - Improve lines to boost overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
• - Diagnose and eliminate faults.
• - Ensure robust industrial communication infrastructures.
• - Knowledge of industrial automation instruments (robots, drivers, PLCs).
• - Familiar with MES and related applications.
• - Experience with camera vision systems and laser welding systems.
• - Manage NC/CAPA activities timely and effectively.
• - Industrial robot programming/maintenance experience (Kuka or ABB preferred).
• - Apply engineering and project management methodologies and tools.
