Job summary

Tag seeks an Artworker to join our Middle East team. You will coordinate project development from design to production, manage schedules, and align with client briefs to deliver high-quality POS materials.

This customer-facing role requires building relationships with clients and presenting progress. With 1–2 years in creative production or print management, you will use Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and collaborate with internal TAG teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in creative production/print management delivery.
• Experience with POSM print manufacturing in artworker role is desirable (3D POSM).
• Aware of artwork spec requirements for print/POS and E-Commerce productions.
• Experience delivering work to tight deadlines.
• Pharma/life sciences or FMCG sector experience is desirable.
• Positive outlook and good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to deliver excellence/quality work.
• Strong work ethic with ability to follow through from costing to delivery.
• Local market language mandatory plus English (written and oral).
• Team player and good listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of projects from design to production; manage production schedules and milestones.
• Understand client brief and establish expectations; ensure delivery within deadlines; collaborate with Tag team.
• Develop client relationships and deliver excellent customer service; meet clients and present status and progress.
• Contribute to reports and presentations; follow TAG operations processes.
• Engage with suppliers/clients on new print/POSM tools during sessions.
