Job summary

SESTEK is seeking an R&D Engineer based in Türkiye to join the Arabic Text-to-Speech (TTS) team. You will develop, train, and test Arabic TTS models, translate linguistic feedback into technical improvements, and work closely with Sestek and Unifonic to enhance product integrations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, ~3 years of software development experience (preferably in speech/NLP/ML), native Arabic, and good English; Turkish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 3 years of software development experience, with preference for speech/NLP/ML backgrounds.
• Native proficiency in Arabic; English proficiency required; Turkish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and test Arabic TTS models and related pipelines.
• Translate linguistic feedback into technical improvements for TTS systems.
• Collaborate with Sestek and Unifonic teams to enhance product integrations and performance.
• Research new modules related to voice and text for company products.
• Integrate third-party components and support cross-platform deployments.
