Responsibilities

• Programming: performs programming activities, conducts technical assessments, start‑up and commissioning of robots from initial requirements specification to end customer acceptance test according to process definition.
• Technical support: Provide technical support for KUKA AMR products, focusing on simulation, commissioning, service and maintenance.
• Program development: develops safe and process‑optimized programs with respect to all project participants, modular and understandable program structure supporting customer standards and needs.
• Communication: communicates directly with customers and finds efficient solutions under his own responsibility, keeps good relation with customers.
• Collaboration: pursues new technologies and technical solutions, shares best practise and knowledge in the team.
• Support: supports other team members in certain technologies and special cases.
• Training: organises and conducts training sessions for customers on‑site and/or at KUKA App centre.
• Proactive sales approach: identifies possibilities to sell KUKA products and services, promptly informs responsible persons with full details.

Application Requirements

• Degree in Electric/Electronic, Mechatronic, Control and Automation Engineering or equivalent degree.
• At least 2 years experience in setting‑up, commissioning and programming robotic applications.
• KUKA Robot usage and programming experience is preferable.
• Experience in automation systems (PLC, HMI…) networks, offline simulation, fleet management.
• Advanced knowledge of simulation of engineering systems and using 3D CAD software is preferable.
• Driving license.
• English language skills are essential.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• May travel abroad when necessary.
