Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC seeks an Application Advocate to own the lifecycle of an internally developed software application. You will align users, business leadership, and technology teams to deliver value from roadmap through adoption.

You will define requirements, prioritize work, coordinate delivery, and ensure release readiness, training, and support, while tracking usage and business outcomes across a fully remote, multinational team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience gathering user needs, business rules, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience maintaining backlogs and prioritizing work based on value, risk, and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the application lifecycle from strategy to maintenance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on roadmaps and releases.
• Gather, document, and prioritize user needs and acceptance criteria.
• Manage testing, release readiness, and training, ensuring proper documentation and support.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and business outcomes; address gaps and improvements.
• Maintain risk, governance, and compliance considerations across the app.
