Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Supply Planning lead for engineer‑to‑order projects. You will manage 12–36+ month horizons, develop capacity models, and implement Plan for Every Part to ensure material availability for engineered orders.

You will drive what-if analyses, lead monthly Supply Reviews, and translate capacity into project timelines, costs, and commitments in a data‑driven, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field; master's preferred.
• 5–7 years in supply planning, material management, or S&OP with industrial equipment experience.
• Experience with capacity modeling, inventory optimization, and risk management.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 MM and PP; data visualization in Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning for engineer-to-order projects across 12–36+ month horizons.
• Maintain capacity models and safety stock for high-mix, low-volume production.
• Implement Plan for Every Part and ensure timely material forecasts for engineered orders.
• Conduct what-if analyses for disruptions and develop contingency plans.
• Lead monthly Supply Review meetings and align with Demand Review and Integrated Reconciliation.
• Monitor KPIs: Supply Plan Accuracy, OTD for ETO, Inventory Turns, Asset Utilization.
