Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company that builds and operates online travel products and booking platforms for travelers, partners, and professionals worldwide. This role focuses on supporting API integrations and helping partners during onboarding and launch.

You will work with API logs, run calls with partners, and troubleshoot issues, while maintaining documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

1+ year in API technical support or API client onboarding and support.
Experience working with APIs and Postman.
Ability to read JSON and XML logs.
Comfort persuading and influencing stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRUD concepts.
Ability to work with Google Docs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Onboard and launch partner API integrations.
Consult partners and stakeholders on API functionality.
Handle requests via the ticketing system.
Validate quality of partner integrations.
Log integration details and updates.
Conduct Zoom/Google Meet calls with partners.
Work with API logs and troubleshoot errors.
Escalate issues to other teams when needed.
Maintain and update the knowledge base.
