Job summary

Wingie Enuygun Group is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to join its Growth department. This role offers an opportunity to work on the campaigns for flights, hotels, and travel products, coordinating with Marketing, CRM, Product and Commercial teams.

You will set up discounts and codes, verify terms, run pre-launch checks, and monitor performance while growing your skills in a dynamic travel marketplace environment.

Qualifications

• When a recent graduate, or up to 2 years of experience in related fields, apply.
• Attention to detail and structured, organized work style are essential.
• Ability to coordinate tasks end-to-end and follow processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication across teams in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to prioritize under a fast-paced workload.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
• Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational processes of campaigns for flights, hotels, and other travel products.
• Set up and launch campaign mechanics including discounts and codes.
• Execute campaigns with promotions and destination-specific offers.
• Verify campaign terms, dates, discounts, and audience criteria.
• Run pre-launch checks and testing before campaigns go live.
• Monitor campaigns and coordinate resolution of issues with teams.
• Track campaign calendar and ensure tasks are on schedule.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Commercial teams.
• Support tracking of performance and report results.
