We are a leading global operator in non-aeronautical airport services, with a presence in 42 airports across 20 countries and 80 premium lounges worldwide. Our teams design and deliver high-quality airport experiences for travelers while helping partners unlock new commercial opportunities across the travel journey.
Treva is a digital airport marketplace platform that brings together airport services such as lounge access, fast track, airport mobility, food & beverage pre-orders, duty‑free shopping, and other travel‑related services in one platform. As Treva scales across airports and markets, we are looking for a commercially minded Growth Manager to build revenue channels, expand the marketplace ecosystem, and create scalable business models with airlines, travel platforms, loyalty programs, financial institutions, mobility players, retailers, and other travel industry companies.
Purpose of Role
The Growth Manager will be responsible for designing, negotiating, launching, and scaling commercial partnerships that drive Treva’s revenue growth through both direct and partner‑led channels. This role is not limited to digital marketing; it requires strong business development capability, sales discipline, partnership management, and the ability to turn market opportunities into repeatable revenue models.
- Identify and prioritize high‑potential partners across airlines, OTAs, travel agencies, loyalty programs, banks, payment platforms, mobility providers, retailers, and other travel ecosystem players.
- Build, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that create new distribution channels and revenue streams for Treva.
- Develop partner value propositions, commercial proposals, pitch materials, and business cases tailored to each partner segment.
- Manage the end‑to‑end partner pipeline from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, launch, performance review, and account growth.
- Design and test scalable reseller, affiliate, white‑label, bundle, commission, and revenue‑share models.
- Own revenue growth across direct app channels and indirect partner channels, with clear accountability for partner‑sourced GMV and commercial contribution.
- Work with internal commercial teams to package Treva services into attractive propositions for partner channels and target traveler segments.
- Support pricing, offer strategy, campaign mechanics, and partner‑specific monetization initiatives.
- Expand Treva’s service supply and partner ecosystem by onboarding relevant products, services, and commercial partners.
- Identify new verticals and travel journey touchpoints where Treva can create commercial value for customers and partners.
- Collaborate with airport, lounge, retail, F&B, mobility, and duty‑free stakeholders to strengthen the marketplace proposition.
- Translate market feedback and partner needs into product, integration, and operational requirements.
- Develop go‑to‑market plans for new partner launches, markets, airports, and commercial models.
- Coordinate partner campaigns with brand, CRM, digital marketing, product, analytics, and operations teams.
- Use digital marketing and CRM channels as growth enablers, while keeping the primary focus on partnership‑led revenue expansion.
- Ensure partner launches are commercially structured, operationally feasible, and measurable from day one.
- Define and track KPIs across partner pipeline, conversion, activation, GMV, revenue, repeat usage, customer acquisition, and partner performance.
- Prepare regular business reviews, performance insights, and growth recommendations for internal stakeholders and partners.
- Manage growth budgets, partner incentives, and commercial experiments with a disciplined test‑and‑scale approach.
- Stay close to travel, airport, marketplace, and digital commerce trends to identify new growth opportunities.

- Strong understanding of B2B2C business models, partner distribution, reseller models, affiliate structures, commission/revenue‑share mechanisms, and commercial negotiation.
- Ability to build business cases, structure commercial proposals, negotiate deal terms, and manage partner relationships at senior stakeholder level.
