Job summary

Damen, a leader in marine engineering, seeks a Project Manager, Engineering to drive complex engineering projects from planning through execution. You will lead engineering teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Based in Antalya or willing to relocate, you will coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress and deliverables, and travel abroad as needed. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of yacht building, engineering processes, and regulations.
• Proven leadership, planning, and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and manage engineering plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead and coordinate engineering teams and resources.
• Monitor progress, man-hours, and deliverables.
• Act as the technical authority and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Review and approve engineering outputs.
