Damen Shipyards Antalya seeks a Team Leader Mechanical to drive mechanical engineering outputs on time and with high quality, while providing functional leadership to a team of engineers.

The role covers design, modelling, drawings, and coordination with production and commissioning, requiring a degree in Naval Architecture/Marine or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years experience, and proficiency in Cadmatic Outfitting and AutoCAD. Based in Antalya with travel willingness.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of yacht mechanical systems and engineering processes
• Experience with Cadmatic Outfitting and AutoCAD
• Good command of English

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate daily mechanical engineering activities
• Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting processes
• Review and validate mechanical engineering deliverables
• Perform complex mechanical design and modelling (piping, HVAC, cable trays)
• Prepare drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
• Coordinate outsourced engineering activities
• Generate workshop information and support production and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
