Job summary

436 Damen Shipyards Antalya is seeking a Team Leader Shipbuilding to oversee a team of shipbuilding engineers and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule. The role combines hands-on engineering with team coordination to drive projects from planning through execution.

The ideal candidate has a naval architecture background, at least 5 years of experience, and strong proficiency with Cadmatic Hull and AutoCAD, plus good English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with shipbuilding engineering and processes.

• Plan and coordinate daily shipbuilding engineering activities.

The Role Delivers shipbuilding engineering outputs with high quality and on time, while providing functional leadership to a team of shipbuilding engineers. Combines hands-on engineering with team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex design, calculations, and drawings

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of shipbuilding engineering and processes
• Experience with Cadmatic Hull and AutoCAD
• Good command of English
