Job summary

Sütaş Group invites a seasoned Master Data Management Office Manager to join the Presidency of Management Systems. You will lead the company‑wide data governance initiative and establish a centralized MDM Office with clear rules and ownership.

Responsibilities include defining data quality criteria for materials, customers and suppliers, ensuring consistency across SAP and other ERP systems, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements with stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant university departments.
• Having at least 6 years of experience in Master Data Management/Governance.
• Experienced in ERP systems and preferably SAP master data structures (MM, SD, PP).
• Knowledgeable about data governance frameworks (e.g. DAMA-DMBOK).
• Having experience in the FMCG sector.
• Experienced in data quality tools and process automation.
• Possessing strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Having analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishing the company-wide master data governance model, policies, and standards, and ensuring their implementation.
• Establishing and managing a centralized Master Data Management Office.
• Defining data rules and quality criteria for master data objects, including materials, customers, suppliers, and others.
• Establishing control and approval mechanisms for master data creation, updates, and deletion, and ensuring their effective operation.
• Designing the data ownership structure (Data Owner / Data Steward) and coordinating its organizational implementation.
• Ensuring the consistency and integrity of master data across ERP (preferably SAP) and other enterprise systems.
• Monitoring master data quality, defining KPIs and quality metrics, and conducting regular management reporting.
• Identifying data-related operational risks and inefficiencies and directing improvement actions.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Conducting corporate awareness and training activities on master data processes and data standards.
