Job summary

Avesoro is seeking an experienced AI Software Manager to lead the design, development, implementation, and management of AI solutions across the business. You will drive the AI strategy, coordinate data governance, and scale AI infrastructure for enterprise use across sites.

The role requires senior leadership experience, budget accountability, and a track record of delivering AI projects into production. International travel to operating sites may be required and strong governance with privacy

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in AI/ML/Data Science with leadership experience.
• Proven record delivering end-to-end AI projects into production.
• Experience leading software development teams and budgets.
• Background in asset-intensive industries is a plus, mining preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, GDPR, KVKK, and ISO frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap for the business.
• Lead AI projects from concept to production and measure ROI.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional resources.
• Develop AI architectures with secure-by-design practices.
• Promote AI literacy and governance across sites and functions.
