Job summary

Good Job Games in Istanbul–Sarıyer is seeking an AI enthusiast to lead research and development for internal products. You will work on RL agents, segmentation, regression models, and multi-modal generative AI, shaping how we apply AI to our games.

The role requires a CS/Math degree, Python with TensorFlow/PyTorch, and a passion for innovative tech and games like Match Villains. This is an on-site position, with a culture that values curiosity, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Math or related field.
• Strong Python skills with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Interest in Generative AI techniques (Diffusers, LoRAs, GANs, Transformer models).
• Ability to translate team needs into practical AI solutions.
• Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI research and development for internal product and management solutions (RL agents, segmentation, regression models).
• Analyze big data to extract features, segment, and provide actionable insights for management.
• Research, implement, and experiment with self-learning agents in diverse RL environments.
• Follow and deploy cutting-edge generational models (including finetuning) for multi-modal use cases.
• Be at the forefront of ML/DL research and gain valuable expertise.
