Role Overview We are looking for a Senior AI Design Specialist who positions AI at the core of the production process—not as a supporting tool.

This role requires full ownership of the technical execution within end-to-end production pipelines across visual, video, and motion disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Transform creative directions and briefs into high-quality, AI-driven visual and video content.
• Manage and execute the entire production pipeline:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable AI production workflows (pipeline ownership).
• Take responsibility for speed vs. quality trade-off decisions to meet real-world production deadlines.
• Proactively improve output quality through structured, technical iteration—moving beyond experimentation to professional delivery.
• Ensure all final outputs strictly align with brand language, tone, and creative direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics
• Proficiency in finalizing and polishing outputs using professional tools such as Photoshop, Davinci Resolve, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
• Proven technical expertise with generative AI systems, producing controlled, consistent, and repeatable results.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with advanced image-to-video tools.
• Expert-level command of prompt engineering and iterative production logic.
• Production‑ready mindset: A track record of delivering finished, usable outputs that meet industry standards.
• Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing custom AI workflows to increase efficiency and quality.
