Blueclip is seeking a Creative AI Video Designer to craft AI-assisted video content for digital campaigns. You will leverage Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and other tools to produce scalable creative assets, while writing prompts and refining outputs for high-impact visuals.

Remote-friendly role with preference for candidates in Istanbul or Izmir due to occasional face-to-face meetings. A strong portfolio and command of English for global AI trends are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven content creation and video design using modern tools.
• Ability to write effective prompts and improve AI-generated outputs.
• Portfolio showcasing AI projects and creative work is preferred.
• Comfort with English for global AI trends, docs, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce engaging video and visual content for digital campaigns and social media.
• Create AI-powered assets using image, video, and generative AI tools.
• Develop content for advertising campaigns, testimonials, and marketing materials.
• Write and optimize prompts for AI image, video, and text generation models.
• Review and elevate AI outputs to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Performance teams to support campaigns.
• Stay updated with AI content creation tools, workflows, and trends.
• Help establish scalable AI-driven creative production processes.
• Occasionally participate in on-site shoots when needed.
• Bring experience in graphic design or video production to the team.
• Share a portfolio of creative work; AI projects are a plus.
