Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and operational support to leadership.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Attend stakeholder and planning meetings, take notes, and convert them into action items.
• Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across projects.
• Keep the office running smoothly—supplies, workspace organisation, and general needs.
• Coordinate travel and event logistics, tracking costs and reimbursements.
• Assist with invoicing, receipts, and expense tracking; maintain contact records.
• Leverage AI tools to draft emails, summarise meetings, and organise information.
• Identify repetitive tasks and help build and automate simple AI-powered workflows.
