Job summary

bunq is looking for a Payment Investigations Expert to own the end-to-end investigation journey, from surfacing issues to resolution and prevention. You’ll build AI-powered automation to improve auto-handle rates and continuously raise the ceiling each quarter.

You’ll track performance with Looker and Amplitude, perform monthly gap analyses, and define guidelines to ensure investigations are handled consistently, compliantly, and quickly across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of payment schemes, rules and lifecycle.
• Data-driven problem solving with root-cause focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payment investigation journey from issue to resolution.
• Develop and scale AI-powered automation for investigation flows.
• Track performance and user satisfaction; run monthly gap analyses to drive improvements.
