Sovos is transforming how businesses navigate global tax compliance. The Commissions & Reporting Analyst II ensures accurate commission processing, maintains models, and delivers clear reporting to leaders. You’ll collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and other teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, operational ownership, and the use of AI tools to improve efficiency and data quality while maintaining confidentiality and compliance across cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience in commissions, revenue operations, analytics, or related field.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across the Microsoft suite, with AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly and quarterly commission calculations for multiple business units with varying structures and exceptions.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by partnering with Sales Ops, Finance, and other teams.
• Maintain commission models and templates including rate tables, plan logic, and audit trails for recurring cycles.
• Produce ad hoc and recurring reporting packages including payout summaries, trend analysis, and compliance documentation.
• Identify process improvements to streamline recurring commission events and reduce manual work.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls by following review, approval, and documentation procedures.
