This role provides support to multiple directors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining daily schedules (internal/external meetings) involving multiple time zones, generating correspondence and travel arrangements including domestic and international, helping with routine inquiries and special projects as necessary. Uses discretion and acts accordingly in confidential matters related to the department and company in order to maintain the integrity of the company and its employees.   • A high school diploma or G.E.D. One to two years post-high school education preferred.
  • Knowledge of general office equipment such as fax, copier, and telephone systems.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel software with 80% accuracy; Outlook; PowerPoint. Typing 50 wpm.
