Job summary

Allianz Türkiye is seeking an experienced actuarial professional to lead data-driven analyses and IFRS 17 reporting for life and pension portfolios. The role requires strong modelling skills, English proficiency, and collaboration across teams.

You will work on reserve management, budgeting, and analytics initiatives within a supportive, inclusive environment. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in actuarial/ reserving, expertise in RAFM/Prophet, and familiarity with analytics tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Actuarial Science, Statistics or Mathematic(s)
• 4-5 years experience in actuarial and reserving departments, preferably in Life and Pension
• Experienced in data analysis
• Experienced in IFRS17 and SII reporting
• Experienced in cash flow analysis and life actuarial modelling tools (RAFM, Prophet)
• Detail oriented, result driven with good communication skills and team work
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Preferably experienced in analytics platforms like WinSQL, SAS, Knime, Python
• Interested in AI development, Data Analytics and ChatGPT

Responsibilities

• Compile data for periodic and daily actuarial analyses
• Execute IFRS 17 and local closing processes
• Execute budgeting activities
• Develop modeling processes related to reserve management
• Prepare indicators for portfolios and reserves
• Research and implement new actuarial methodologies
• Prepare actuarial reports for domestic and international submission
• Support internal and external audit work
• Monitor relevant IFRS regulations
• Participate in department projects

What do we expect you to bring?

• Advanced proficiency in English
• Preferably experienced in analytics platforms like Win SQL, SAS, Knime, Pyhton
• Interested in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI / Data Strategy and ChatGPT

How can you make an impact?

• Compile the necessary data and information for periodic and daily actuarial analyses,
• Execute IFRS 17 and local closing processes,
• Execute budgeting activities,
• Conduct and develop modeling processes related to reserve management,
• Prepare and interpret the necessary indicators for evaluating and monitoring portfolios and reserves,
• Research and implement new methodologies for actuarial analyses,
• Prepare actuarial reports to be submitted domestically and internationally,
• Support internal and external audit work,
• Monitor relevant legal and IFRS regulations,
• Actively participate in internal and Allianz group projects related to the department.
