Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Türkiye is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to lead AR operations, supervise a junior teammate, and drive cash flow improvements within a high-performing team in Istanbul. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve account issues and optimize collections and credit management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance/accounting and 4–5 years in AR or related finance ops, with SAP and advanced Excel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–5 years in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Finance Operations.
• Experience leading or supervising a small team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AR operations with accurate, timely processing and collections.
• Supervise one AR team member, providing guidance and feedback.
• Monitor balances, reconcile accounts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage cash application and timely allocation of payments.
• Oversee collections across payment methods and disputes resolution.
• Prepare AR aging, forecasts, and management reports.
