Job summary

Kraft Heinz Türkiye seeks an Account Receivable Executive to strengthen our Istanbul team. You will lead AR operations, supervise one team member, and work with Sales and Finance to optimize collections and cash flow.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years in AR or finance operations, with SAP and advanced Excel skills. Fluency in English and a proactive, process‑improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or accounting.
• 4–5 years in Accounts Receivable or related finance operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Strong collection, reconciliation and credit management knowledge.
• Experience with bank transfers, cards, direct debit and cheques.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Accounts Receivable operations and collections.
• Supervise one AR team member.
• Monitor balances, reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage cash application and timely payment allocation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to resolve issues.
• Drive collection activities to improve cash flow and reduce aging.
• Prepare AR aging and collection forecasts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing for AR & Net Sales Value.
• Own customer working capital and DSO management.
• Act as the link between commercial teams and outsource provider.
• Drive processes for pricing and net sales accruals.
