Job summary

UPS is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support D&T related activities, reconcile duties and taxes, validate payments, and coordinate with brokerage, billing and finance teams to ensure accurate processing.

You will maintain records, assist month‑end closing, and provide backup support for the AP and billing team, requiring attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support D&T activities: reconciliation of duties and taxes, payment validation, exception investigation and resolution, account analysis, and reporting support.
• Process and validate supplier invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies; manage payment exceptions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing and reporting.
