Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking an Accounting Specialist (f/m/d) in Turkey to support month-end closing, tax compliance and financial reporting. A university degree and at least 1 year of accounting experience are required.

Experience with SAP in a multinational SSC/CoS environment, IFRS knowledge, and strong Excel skills are essential. Fluent English is required. Hybrid work and an inclusive culture are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax).
• Good understanding of month-end closing, reconciliations, financial reporting processes and IFRS.
• Knowledge of internal audit and compliance requirements.
• Experience with multinational companies, SAP and working with Shared Service Centers (SSC / CoS).
• Strong accounting, finance and tax background with analytical thinking and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
