Job summary

Constantia Propak seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to own the company’s accounting operations, strengthen compliance and internal controls, and lead the accounting team. You will collaborate with local and international stakeholders including Group Accounting, FBS and Division Finance.

Responsibilities include leading closings, ensuring accuracy of financial records, and driving standardization and automation of finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting/finance experience, 3+ years in a leadership role.
• SMMM certification, manufacturing experience and English proficiency are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end closings per Turkish law and Group deadlines.
• Oversee sales, purchasing, expenses, banking, imports/exports, FX and fixed assets.
