Randstad Türkiye is seeking an Accounting Advisory Senior Consultant to deliver IFRS-based financial reporting and advisory services. You will work on complex accounting matters, support SAP-enabled transformations, and assist clients with IFRS-compliant financial statements and PPA analyses.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Solid knowledge of financial statements and IFRS principles.
• Experience with journal entries and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with SAP or ERP transformations is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial statement audits, reviews, and reporting engagements.
• Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements.
• Support reporting in hyperinflationary economies (IAS 29).
• Provide technical accounting advisory services and develop solutions.
• Assist with ERP implementations and IFRS accounting records in SAP.
• Support currency assessments and transition processes for clients.
• Participate in business valuation and impairment projects.
• Prepare PPA reports and related analyses.
• Collaborate with clients to identify accounting challenges and ensure compliance.

We are looking for an \"Accounting Advisory Senior Consultant\" for our business partner for whom we provide consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial statement audits, reviews, and financial reporting engagements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Support financial reporting processes in hyperinflationary economies, including IAS 29 applications.
• Provide technical accounting advisory services and develop solutions for complex accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Support ERP implementation and transformation projects, including the management of IFRS accounting records within SAP.
• Assist clients with functional currency assessments and transition processes.
• Participate in business valuation and impairment assessment projects.
• Prepare Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) reports and support related financial analyses.
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify accounting challenges, provide strategic insights, and ensure compliance with relevant financial reporting standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of financial statements, financial reporting principles, and IFRS.
• Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and journal entry processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, SMMM, or equivalent qualifications are considered an advantage.
• Experience with SAP, ERP transformation projects, IAS 29, or technical accounting advisory engagements is highly desirable.
