Job summary

OneWell Health Care seeks an ABA Support Coordinator to ensure clinical and behavioral workflows are accurate, compliant, and efficiently supported by internal systems. You will work with BCBAs, therapists, and software engineers to align treatment plans with regulatory and payer requirements.

You will help maintain documentation quality, participate in audits, and contribute to SOPs, training materials, and dashboards for enhanced client care across U.S. operations remotely from Türkiye.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience supporting ABA/IDD or behavioral health operations is required.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex clinical and behavioral information accurately.
• Familiarity with payer/Medicaid documentation requirements and compliance expectations.
• Experience using electronic health records and internal workflow systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to client-centered care and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBAs and Behavior Therapists to align client treatment plans with clinical goals.
• Review ABA documentation for payer/Medicaid compliance and regulatory standards.
• Monitor service notes, goals, and progress records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to support holistic client care.
• Support staff training on health, safety, and behavioral protocols.
• Identify workflow gaps and opportunities for quality improvement.
• Partner with software engineers to enhance OneWell Core modules and reporting tools.
• Translate clinical workflows into clear functional and system requirements.
• Test prototypes and provide feedback on usability and accuracy.
• Contribute to internal manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
• Serve as liaison between clinical, operational, and compliance teams.
