• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external operational procedures.
• Provide accurate and timely updates in the system.
• Handle shipments efficiently, including document processing, manifesting, invoicing, and cost capturing.
• Communicate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and overseas customers.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, warehouses, and transport subcontractors.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through open and interactive communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Go the extra mile to engage and support customers.
