Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and vendors, providing seamless support from onboarding through post-sale.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, tracking clients through each sales stage.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, delivering high-quality customer engagement.
  • Collaborate on building strategic partnerships with clients and vendors.
  • Plan, route, and schedule trucking operations to optimize efficiency and meet service standards.
  • Coordinate client requirements from the portal, aligning operations with expectations.
  • Select suitable hauliers, balancing quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Track job progress, provide reporting, and resolve disputes between hauliers and clients.
  • Review completed jobs for accurate billing, providing finance with all necessary charge details.
  • Undertake additional duties to support the company’s commercial and operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Strong communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
  • Availability for a 5.5-day work week.
