Job summary
A construction and manufacturing company is seeking a Contracts Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor in Singapore. This permanent role involves managing contract administration, overseeing progress payments, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. Additionally, you will monitor project budgets and provide guidance to junior team members. Candidates should be adept in collaboration and dispute resolution within a project setting. - Manage the full spectrum of contract administration and quantity surveying activities from pre- to post-contract stages.
- Maintain systematic and accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and related documentation.
- Track key contractual obligations, project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Oversee contract management including progress payments, variation orders, claims, final accounts, and related correspondences.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, manage cost changes, and generate regular cost reports for management review.
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve contractual matters and disputes.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QS team members and contribute to departmental growth.

- Position Title: Contracts Manager/ Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Mandai Estate
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
