Aufgaben
- Monitor driver behaviour and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Support deliveries when required during peak or shortage of manpower.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery activities.
- Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers.
- Monitor and report KPI compliance.
- Ensure compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures.
