Assistant Finance Analyst Manager
Job summary
A leading company in the finance sector is seeking an Assistant Finance Analyst Manager to support the Assistant Vice President in financial management reporting for the SEA & I group. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting & Finance, substantial experience in financial analysis, and proficiency in tools like SAP and Power BI. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance, and conducting data analysis.
Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years in financial accounting with experience in financial analysis.
- Good knowledge of IFRS, Consolidation, and Taxation.
- Must possess good communication skills, both written and spoken.

- Prepare and consolidate financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain data integrity.
- Assist the Assistant Vice President with financial management duties.

Responsible for supporting and assisting the Assistant Vice President, Finance in overseeing the financial management reporting of the SEA & I group companies.
- Prepare and consolidate Group and Company post-closing analysis monthly, quarterly, yearly management reporting and presentation materials
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting historical and current financial data of Company and Group performance with detailed financial
- Assisting the Assistant Vice President with the following:
- Collate Group companies' monthly reporting package for monthly management P&L review.
- Quarterly forecasting process for group companies
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining the integrity of financial data
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Assistant Vice President, Finance
General Requirements
- Degree in Accounting & Finance
- At least 3-4 years in financial accounting with experience in financial analysis
- Experience with region handling.
- Good working knowledge of IFRS, Consolidation, Taxation
- Good SAP knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial software
- Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to interact with region teams and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and inter-dependently
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
