Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years in financial accounting with experience in financial analysis.
• Good knowledge of IFRS, Consolidation, and Taxation.
• Must possess good communication skills, both written and spoken.

About the job Assistant Finance Analyst Manager

Responsible for supporting and assisting the Assistant Vice President, Finance in overseeing the financial management reporting of the SEA & I group companies.

• Prepare and consolidate Group and Company post-closing analysis monthly, quarterly, yearly management reporting and presentation materials
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting historical and current financial data of Company and Group performance with detailed financial
• Assisting the Assistant Vice President with the following:
• Collate Group companies' monthly reporting package for monthly management P&L review.
• Quarterly forecasting process for group companies
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining the integrity of financial data
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Assistant Vice President, Finance

General Requirements

• Degree in Accounting & Finance
• At least 3-4 years in financial accounting with experience in financial analysis
• Experience with region handling.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS, Consolidation, Taxation
• Good SAP knowledge
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial software
• Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to interact with region teams and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and inter-dependently
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
