A prominent lift services company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Support professional. You will be responsible for arranging appointments and sales meetings with potential customers and generating leads for installation and maintenance services. A key part of your role will involve understanding customer requirements, providing quotations, and supporting the sales team in data analysis. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with customers and business associations.
Responsabilidades
- Arrange appointment and sales meetings with potential customers to enhance new business.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' requirements and provide quotations & follow up orders.
- Generate leads for new installation/modernization/maintenance sales.
- Collect feedback and competitor data and provide feedback to management.
- Support sales team in analyzing internal and external data for sales planning.
- Participate in sales target identification and defining new target markets.
- Coordinate with project and procurement team to meet technical specifications.
- Communicate with authorities and associations when necessary.
