Job summary

- Experience in conducting quantitative research.
- Good understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship research.
- Basic knowledge of academic writing.
- Proficiency in Stata for data cleaning and analysis.
- Experience in data collection and applying reproducible research practices.
- Proficiency in reading Chinese-language (Mandarin).
- Experience using Python for data cleaning is a plus.
- Ability to guide and mentor a team of undergraduate assistants.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate closely with the research team.
