Key Responsibilities

1. Formulating finance-related Process, Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
2. Establishing and driving the Financial planning and Budgeting to achieve organizational goals and priorities.
3. Participating in the regular planning and meeting and activities including design workshops, IT systems implementation and user acceptance testing (“UAT”) partnering relevant internal and external stakeholders.
4. Monitoring actual performance against targets, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
5. Analytics and scenario modelling for insights and trends to drive key decision.
6. Communication liaison among the various stakeholders, key management, and external stakeholders to facilitate necessary discussions to allow for the successful set-up of the Hospital.
7. Funding request for the set-up of the Hospital.
8. Funding utilization tracking and monitoring to ensure utilization and compliance.
9. Besides on-the-job training, successful candidates will be sent for relevant courses and nesting within established operations to gain hands on process experience.

Requirements

1. Possess a good Degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
3. Thrive in ambiguous situation and able to establish systematic process and structure in a dynamic environment.
4. Self-driven and highly motivated.
5. Meticulous with good analytical skills to translate financial simulations into viable recommendations.
6. Exhibits high degree of initiative and independence.
7. Able to work well with multi stakeholders internally and externally.
8. Hands-on and help drive/support major projects.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, such as Excel (advanced), Macros, Power Point, Word.
10. Proven capabilities with SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
