Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support youths in an institutional facility focusing on community rehabilitation. The role involves night shifts and a 4-day work week, with duties spanning welfare, safety, and daily living support.

Responsibilities include trauma-informed interactions, emergency support, and ensuring security across the premises, with urine tests when necessary and taskforce participation as required.

Qualifications

• O Level and above; able to rotate shifts.
• Able to work rotating night shifts.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Working location: Near to Buangkok Mrt
Working hours: 10.30pm - 8.30am | 4 days work week (follow schedule, include one weekend)
Salary: $2500 - $2700 + Shift Allowance

Residential Care Worker will be working with the youths staying in an institutional facility, which focus on community rehabilitation. They are required to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
• Support the shift during emergency.
• Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions
• Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security and night patrols, dormitory checks and conduct urine test (when necessary);
• Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel;
• Able to develop positive relationship with the residents;
• Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.
