Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Youth Work Associate to supervise and support youths in a community rehabilitation institution, ensuring welfare, discipline and safety.

You will plan educational, recreational, and engagement activities, build trauma-informed relationships, and assist admissions, emergencies, and taskforce initiatives. A Diploma with at least 2 years of experience is required; rotating shifts are part of the job.

Youth Work Associate @ Sengkang

Salary: $2,600 - $3,700 + $250 Shift Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonuses

Working Days and Hours:

4 days’ weekday and 1 weekend depending on rotational shift

8am - 4pm OR 2.30pm - 10.30pm

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support youths in a community rehabilitation institution.
• Ensure residents' welfare, discipline, safety, and daily care.
• Conduct security checks, patrols, and urine tests when required.
• Plan and facilitate educational, recreational, and engagement activities.
• Build positive relationships using trauma-informed practices.

Requirements

• Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience (preferred).
• Able to work rotating shifts.
• Independent, responsible, and resilient.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
