Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Executive (Partial Set) to support the accounting and admin tasks on a 9am–6pm schedule at Boon Lay Way, Singapore. The role involves data entry, invoicing, and liaising with customers and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of relevant experience; knowledge of SAP is a plus and O Level qualification is the minimum requirement. This position emphasizes accuracy, filing, and coordination across finance and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic accounting tasks (Accounts Payable & Receivable).
• Perform data entry in accounting systems (SAP).
• Prepare and issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
• Support monthly bank reconciliation and GST reporting.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone/email.
• Maintain filing and documentation (physical & digital).
• Update and monitor stock records.
• Handle general administrative duties (calls, emails, coordination).
• Support other ad hoc tasks when required.
